What Does Never Jacket Off Mean?

In short, when on the water, always have and properly use personal floatation devices(PFD’s). We were conceived in order to save lives. Large numbers of people die on our waterways every year, most times they are inexperienced or naive to the danger they are entering. Always have your live jacket on, NEVER JACKET OFF!
